Requirements

  • Proven success growing security services businesses and expanding market presence.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying, shaping, qualifying, and capturing complex new business opportunities.
  • Strong background developing customer, partner, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience supporting response logistics, emergency management, disaster relief, or related security service environments.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, government acquisition processes, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance (active clearance preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently.
  • Ability to travel frequently to customer locations, offices, and operational environments as required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth of the security services pipeline by identifying, shaping, qualifying, and developing high-value business opportunities.
  • Lead capture efforts for major new business and recompete opportunities, including win strategy development, teaming decisions, staffing inputs, and solution positioning.
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to strengthen relationships with government, defense, and intelligence community stakeholders.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights to support service line strategy and future capability development.
  • Identify emerging trends, acquisition priorities, and customer needs to influence business strategies and product roadmaps.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders while serving as the internal voice of customer requirements.
  • Support and improve business development processes, methodologies, training programs, and operational practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to define growth priorities and improve execution across the business.
  • Participate as a key member of business development and product leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop business development professionals and program leaders supporting security-focused opportunities.
