Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, implementation, or a related SaaS role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of at least one K–12 technology domain (e.g., SIS, analytics, learning platforms, ERP).
- Understanding of K–12 district operations, funding models, and stakeholder priorities.
- Experience supporting customer demonstrations, workshops, and technical discovery.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and solutions to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, authentication processes, and security controls.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel approximately 60–75% for customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to conduct discovery sessions and evaluate customer technical requirements.
- Analyze systems, data flows, security, and integrations to support solution strategies.
- Lead tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept.
- Maintain demo environments, assets, and documentation to improve sales effectiveness.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical security questionnaires.
- Prepare technical handoff documentation to support customer onboarding.
- Travel regularly to customer locations for strategic opportunities and executive workshops.
