Requirements
- Approximately 5–10 years of experience managing complex technical programs in software, infrastructure, cloud computing, or related engineering environments.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple technical teams while managing dependencies, priorities, and risks.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong technical curiosity and the ability to understand complex infrastructure, systems architecture, and engineering concepts.
- Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Creative and analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to improve and streamline operational processes.
- Hands-on mindset with a willingness to contribute through documentation, process development, and operational support.
- Experience working with cloud computing, high-performance computing (HPC), AI infrastructure, or accelerated computing is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Linux, virtualization technologies, firmware development, device drivers, or systems-level engineering processes is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones, ownership, and delivery timelines.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies involving software engineering, hardware engineering, infrastructure, cloud operations, customer support, and external technology partners.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks while driving programs toward measurable outcomes.
- Establish and continuously improve program management processes, workflows, documentation, and execution frameworks to support organizational growth.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support infrastructure deployments, platform evolution, and large-scale hardware integration initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear program updates and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Contribute directly to operational improvements, issue resolution, documentation, and process optimization when required.
