Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, business or related discipline.
- 8+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO or life sciences industry.
- Experience leading complex global cross-functional projects or programs.
- Experience working within an FSP, sponsor or CRO environment.
- Experience supporting clinical development operations or business transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders within a global matrix organization.
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, resource planning).
- Proficiency with MS Office and PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Planisware, Clarity, CTMS).
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic project management contact between the client and Thermo Fisher Scientific.
- Lead complex cross-functional integration, transition and transformation programs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, governance structures, timelines, and risk registers.
- Establish clear project governance, escalation pathways and decision-making frameworks.
- Facilitate cross-functional planning workshops to define integration roadmaps and milestones.
- Manage budget, forecasting, resource planning, and scope management.
- Present project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
