Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years in Technical Project Management or a related role in an advanced technical or research environment.
- Excellent technical communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
- Deep command of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience adapting project management processes to research-centric environments.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Clear and crisp written and spoken communication, especially async.
- Strong sense of ownership and autonomy.
- Team-first mindset with low ego.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain protocol roadmaps in Linear, mapping schedules, dependencies, and milestones.
- Own communication with internal teams and external stakeholders (curators, distributors, partners).
- Monitor project health across the portfolio, anticipating risks and tracking cross-project dependencies.
- Coordinate syncs across protocol, product, and engineering teams.
- Manage relationships with audit firms, including contract negotiation and tracking audit availability.
- Define and improve project management processes as the team scales.
