Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience leading complex technical programs or large-scale projects.
  • Strong program and project management expertise, including managing budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
  • Proven leadership experience developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities in ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and growth of a portfolio of advanced mobility, robotics, and lunar exploration programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government and industry customers to align mission objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, autonomy, robotics, and supply chain.
  • Support business growth by contributing to proposal development and capture strategies.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while driving structured decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing program teams.
  • Prepare executive presentations, customer reviews, and technical reports.
