Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, preferably within a performance marketing or agency setting.
  • Proven experience managing multi-location Google Ads campaigns for local service-based businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads campaign creation, optimization, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Business Profile (GBP).
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, bulk edits, and advanced data analysis techniques such as VLOOKUPs.
  • Experience with manual CPC bidding, bid adjustments, keyword match types, and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Ability to identify root causes of campaign performance issues and make informed optimization decisions.
  • Experience managing a high volume of campaigns simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and organization.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills for collaboration with international teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a remote, performance-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across a portfolio of approximately 100–200 automotive service locations and multiple business accounts.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, pacing, and account health while identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Launch new campaigns using established frameworks, templates, and internal processes.
  • Execute PPC optimizations, including bid adjustments, budget allocation, keyword refinement, audience targeting, and ad asset updates.
  • Analyze campaign data to diagnose performance issues and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Troubleshoot tracking inconsistencies, asset disapprovals, and Google Business Profile connectivity issues.
  • Apply best practices for hyperlocal paid search strategies, including brand, non-brand, competitor, and service-focused campaigns.
  • Collaborate with project managers and account teams to prioritize requests and deliver campaigns efficiently.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads changes, PPC trends, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
