Requirements
- Experience creating and managing digital content for websites, social media, online learning platforms, or similar digital channels.
- Familiarity with content management systems, web publishing workflows, and digital production processes.
- Experience using video editing software and creating multimedia content for different audiences and platforms.
- Experience designing digital graphics using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or comparable platforms.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review content for accuracy, accessibility, consistency, and usability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to organize complex information clearly for digital audiences.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to incorporate feedback from both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, format, publish, and maintain website content through content management systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and alignment with brand standards.
- Produce and edit multimedia assets, including short- and long-form videos, captions, audio improvements, branded content, and platform-specific formats.
- Develop graphics, thumbnails, icons, social media assets, presentations, and other visual materials supporting communication and educational initiatives.
- Assist with online course development by organizing and updating learning materials, including text, videos, visuals, quizzes, and downloadable resources.
- Perform quality assurance reviews to identify content errors, broken links, formatting issues, accessibility gaps, and usability improvements.
- Collaborate with communications, program, and technical teams to gather requirements, manage content requests, and deliver projects on schedule.
