Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a related commercial role.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing revenue-generating opportunities.
- Experience using sales qualification frameworks such as MEDPICC to evaluate, progress, and forecast opportunities.
- Ability to manage conversations with multiple stakeholders, including business champions, executives, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and the ability to connect technology offerings with customer business needs.
- Experience with strategic planning, negotiation, stakeholder management, and consultative selling.
- Ability to independently manage accounts, develop pipelines, and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales documentation processes; HubSpot or NetSuite experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
- Familiarity with SaaS, enterprise software, or technology partner ecosystems is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners by understanding business priorities, challenges, and long-term objectives.
- Lead strategic customer reviews and business conversations focused on alignment, value delivery, and growth opportunities.
- Develop account strategies, solution roadmaps, and plans that address customer needs and support expansion opportunities.
- Generate and manage sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, pipeline development, and account planning.
- Qualify, progress, and forecast opportunities using structured sales methodologies and disciplined CRM practices.
- Manage full-cycle sales activities, including negotiations, closing opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
- Partner with technical and operational teams to design solutions that combine software and professional services.
- Coordinate internal resources across solution architecture, licensing, services, marketing, finance, and legal teams to improve customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans, opportunity documentation, and sales forecasts.
- Deliver product demonstrations, webinars, and customer presentations to communicate the value of solutions and services.
