Requirements
- AI and agent engineering experience with LLM-based systems in production.
- Ability to take projects from prototype to production-grade with full ownership.
- Current knowledge of modern agent design trends and architectures.
- Understanding of high-cardinality data stores and their impact on agent reasoning.
- Strong product judgment and ability to prototype new features.
- Experience with observability or developer tools preferred.
- Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade agents.
- Build agents that investigate, reason, and act on live observability data inside Canvas.
- Scope, build, ship, and maintain the agents including the evals.
- Ship new capability into Canvas, the MCP server, and Canvas Skills.
- Set the bar for agent performance, maintainability, and reliability.
