Requirements
- Proven track record of leading delivery and shaping software design within a team.
- Experience building and operating production-grade services and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerized workloads.
- Advanced problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using AI coding agents effectively with sound judgment.
- Experience building LLM-powered applications (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG, evaluations, agents).
- Familiarity with model-hosting platforms like AWS Bedrock.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (AWS CDK).
- Frontend development experience with TypeScript and React.
- Background in document-processing, OCR, or data extraction.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of secure, high-quality, performant code and build reusable solutions.
- Drive design by defining patterns, running design reviews, and shaping architecture.
- Improve software testing, automation, and delivery processes.
- Strengthen security, performance, and system reliability.
- Lead root-cause analysis on production issues.
- Mentor and support the growth of other engineers on the team.
