Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated senior-level operation.
- Strong backend engineering skills in building scalable, reliable production systems.
- Experience designing data-intensive systems with explicit schemas, lineage, and idempotency.
- Proven track record with B2B or partner-facing data systems, file-based integrations, or real-time exchanges.
- Technical leadership experience establishing standards and mentoring senior engineers.
- High agency and ability to navigate ambiguity in cross-functional environments.
- Sound judgment regarding the application of AI-assisted tooling versus deterministic controls.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and own the data contracts and processing semantics that make identity, deployment context, eligibility, audience attributes, deduplication, and field persistence explicit and testable.
- Build end-to-end observability and reconciliation that explains how source records become downstream outcomes.
- Lead technical discovery and delivery of high-impact work across Member Marketing and Coverage Eligibility.
- Partner with Product and Growth stakeholders to translate requirements into reusable platform capabilities.
- Design for correctness and auditability in regulated workflows, including consent and suppression controls.
- Modernize legacy, file-based processes toward well-contracted, event-driven integrations.
- Own systems end-to-end from architecture through operations, driving improvements in reliability and maintainability.
