Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and responsive design.
- Experience using AI tools for design.
- Proficient in Figma and other modern design tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and user-centric design.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to work during US Central Hours.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Develop user flows, journey maps, and supporting design documentation.
- Maintain consistency within the existing design system and style guides.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Ensure design accuracy and feasibility through collaboration with development teams.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders using research insights and data.
