Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or field effectiveness in wealth management or complex professional services.
- Demonstrated success building or scaling centralized enablement functions from the ground up.
- Proven track record of driving measurable field behavioral change and performance improvement.
- Experience managing and developing teams of content creators, trainers, and program managers.
- Strong familiarity with post-M&A integration environments and associated enablement demands.
- AI-fluent, with ability to apply AI tools to scale content and personalize learning.
- Exceptional communicator and executive presence for representing needs to senior leadership.
- Strategic thinker capable of translating business priorities into actionable curriculum design.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator experienced in building influence without direct authority.
- Data-informed approach to iterate content using telemetry and adoption metrics.
- CFP certification or previous experience directly serving clients is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own centralized content strategy for Wealth Management and Wealth Solutions cohorts.
- Maintain curriculum architecture tailored to advisors and client service teams.
- Develop scalable advisor playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and field-facing tools.
- Lead the function's transition from generalist support to specialized team-driven behavioral change.
- Serve as the field advocate for new technology and AI-powered capabilities.
- Build enablement infrastructure to support rapid onboarding during M&A integrations.
- Lead and mentor a structured team of content creators, trainers, and program managers.
- Architect the long-term vision for internal learning and development infrastructure.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to align training with delivery models.
- Advocate for advisor needs in product design to drive field outcomes.
