Requirements
- EHS leadership experience in data centers, infrastructure, energy, or industrial environments.
- Proven experience leading global, multi-site EHS programs at scale.
- Deep expertise in high-risk operational environments and construction safety.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and change management capabilities.
- Experience in hyperscale data centers, AI infrastructure, or mission-critical environments preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CSP or CIH preferred.
- Experience building EHS programs in high-growth or scaling organizations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global EHS strategy aligned with Rubix’s growth in hyperscale AI infrastructure.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on risk, compliance, and safety performance.
- Drive consistent implementation of EHS programs across construction, operations, and facilities.
- Ensure effective controls for high-risk activities such as electrical safety, LOTO, contractor safety, and working at heights.
- Oversee global regulatory compliance (OSHA, ISO, local requirements) and audit programs.
- Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and continuous improvement processes.
- Build and lead a high-performing global EHS organization.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Corporate teams.
