Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience integrating ATS, CRM, sourcing automation, and AI-enabled tools into workflows.
- Greenhouse experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or rapidly changing organization.
- Proven success recruiting across multiple business functions.
- Strong consultative skills with ability to influence leaders.
- Advanced sourcing, talent-mapping, assessment, and offer negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
- Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for complex and high-priority requisitions.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Develop differentiated recruiting and sourcing strategies across multiple business functions.
- Use market intelligence and pipeline data to diagnose search challenges and influence decisions.
- Build strong relationships across functions to drive alignment among stakeholders.
- Design and conduct structured interviews using equitable hiring practices.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data using Greenhouse and other technology.
- Lead or support Talent Acquisition projects, process improvements, and technology adoption.
- Coach and mentor recruiters on sourcing and data-driven decision approaches.
