Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Architecture or Field Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
- Deep understanding of cloud-based Lakehouse architectures and cloud-native architectural principles.
- Hands-on experience in SQL and an object-oriented programming language (Python or Scala preferred).
- Expertise in Data and AI domains including Analytics, Data Warehousing, ETL, Streaming, or ML productionization.
- Proven track record in accelerating customer workloads to production.
- Strong communication skills with experience serving as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing escalations, forecasting usage growth, and operationalizing success programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
Responsibilities
- Build, hire, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Delivery Solutions Architects.
- Accelerate the path to production by streamlining onboarding and removing blockers for customers.
- Maintain technical excellence in Data, AI, and ML architecture through continuous learning and certifications.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, Product Engineering, and Professional Services to drive customer growth and ROI.
- Champion operational rigor by tracking, forecasting, and communicating workload progress and customer health.
- Serve as a technical sponsor for select Emerging Enterprise accounts, engaging with executive stakeholders.
