Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 2 years experience OR Master’s degree and 4 years experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years experience in sales, marketing, contracting, pricing, finance, accounting, analytics, or healthcare.
- Demonstrated ability to build financial models and work with large data sets.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and pricing/contracting interactions.
- Familiarity with systems such as Conga (CLM), Anaplan, and CIQ.
- Strong conceptual problem-solving skills with the ability to manage execution of vaguely defined problems.
- Ability to work independently across multiple competing priorities.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with executive presence.
- Experience with the Material Approval Compliance (MAC) process is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and apply financial models to assess contract structures, rebate strategies, gross-to-net management, and access trade-offs.
- Lead the Latest Estimate Discount Rate (LEDR) modeling process and align stakeholders on contracting decisions.
- Partner with the Coverage Lead to develop and execute contracting strategies across payer and provider segments.
- Collaborate with Finance to integrate pricing and contracting insights into long-range planning and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Support future KRYSTEXXA product launches through competitive scenario planning and financial analyses.
