Requirements
- Proven experience shipping products across both customer-facing and platform work.
- Track record of owning a product or a significant portion of one.
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects without losing momentum.
- Technical fluency to discuss architecture and tradeoffs with engineers.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities to distill complex use cases into elegant solutions.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear product requirements.
- Experience building business cases and mapping workflows.
- Experience negotiating details with vendors or regulators.
- Strong collaborative and empathetic leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Own your product area, end-to-end.
- Build the roadmap around data, client feedback, and market signals.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to push for simple, intuitive experiences.
- Track the right metrics and iterate based on outcomes.
- Communicate clearly, make tradeoffs visible, and facilitate team decision-making.
