Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate strategy, FP&A, corporate development, banking, or related analytical roles.
- Experience from a top-tier strategy consulting firm, in-house strategy team, or comparable environment preferred.
- Ability to move from data analysis to synthesis, recommendations, and business decisions.
- Advanced problem-solving skills to structure complex challenges.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Experience using AI tools or agentic AI solutions.
- Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent facilitation, collaboration, and change management skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–20%.
Responsibilities
- Assess internal and external opportunities and risks using data analysis and business insights.
- Analyze and synthesize data to develop recommendations that improve performance and decision-making.
- Partner with leadership teams to support strategic planning and initiative execution.
- Scope, plan, and manage strategic projects by defining objectives, milestones, and success metrics.
- Lead initiatives that improve financial and operational performance.
- Apply structured problem-solving approaches to identify challenges and drive measurable outcomes.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance analysis and decision-making.
- Create presentations and communications for executive and cross-functional audiences.
- Act as a thought partner to senior leadership.
- Drive organizational change and improve operational effectiveness.
