Requirements
- 3+ years of experience delivering software implementation and enhancement projects (e.g., Program Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst).
- 1+ years of experience scoping project plans, resource models, and negotiating Statements of Work.
- Strong background in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Tech industry.
- Expertise in Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, or Regulatory Information Management (RIM) software is a plus.
- Proven problem-solving and customer-service oriented mentality.
- Demonstrated experience in consulting, tech sales, or program/project management.
- Ability to work across time zones and travel when required (~10-15%).
- Access to an airport for necessary travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on the methodology and value of Veeva’s Professional Services.
- Define and prescribe the best Professional Services model for customers through Proposals, Statements of Work, and RFx responses.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, strategy, services, and consulting to ensure optimal engagement positioning.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline with precision, velocity, and professional diplomacy.
- Provide thought partnership and drive business results through influence across the organization.
