Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing.
- Significant experience negotiating, drafting, and interpreting SaaS, licensing, and technology agreements.
- Experience advising on employment law matters and supporting People/HR organizations.
- AI-forward attorney with demonstrated proficiency in AI platforms, automation, and legal technology.
- Experience working natively in Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business judgment and practical, solutions-oriented legal advice.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and Teams.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate, draft, review, and manage commercial agreements including SaaS, licensing, and procurement contracts.
- Partner with Sales and business leaders to facilitate deal execution and support revenue growth.
- Advise the People team on recruitment, employment, benefits, compensation, and workplace investigations.
- Develop scalable legal processes and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve workflow automation and productivity.
- Advise on data privacy, security, AI-governance, and corporate compliance matters.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to provide strategic counsel.
