Requirements

  • 3+ years working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
  • Proven track record of owning business processes from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, optimisation, and ongoing support.
  • Proficiency in building automations and workflows using Make, Zapier, n8n, Workato, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of software integrations, APIs, and translating business needs into technical requirements alongside engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with administering telephony and other business systems.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Operations teams to improve processes and tooling.
  • Track record of evaluating software vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Knowledge of software budget management and cost optimisation.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor to increase productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve our CRM ecosystem, primarily HubSpot and Planhat.
  • Design, build, and maintain automations using Make or similar workflow automation platforms.
  • Connect and manage integrations across CRM, telephony, and other business-critical systems.
  • Administer and optimise the software stack used by Product and Operations teams.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate manual tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement new software solutions that align with business needs and scale with growth.
  • Monitor system performance, enhance reliability, and drive software cost optimisation.
  • Partner with Engineering to define technical requirements, prioritise improvements, and deliver new capabilities.
  • Manage relationships with software vendors, including procurement, negotiations, and ongoing collaboration.
  • Produce clear documentation, process maps, and internal knowledge resources.
