Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management.
- 5+ years of experience managing and growing product teams within enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Background in mission-critical platforms such as ERP, workforce management, or payroll software.
- Proven track record modernizing mature platforms and managing technical debt.
- Practical knowledge of designing and launching AI-assisted and data-driven software capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence executive leadership.
- Experience leading strategic customer conversations and advisory boards.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution for WinTeam's core ERP modules.
- Lead the modernization of the platform by balancing architecture upgrades with customer value.
- Embed AI-first workflows and machine learning into existing operations.
- Build, grow, and empower a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
- Instill rigorous product discovery, prioritization, and execution practices.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to accelerate delivery and market impact.
- Manage product profitability and build data-driven ROI cases for investments.
