Experience: 3+ years of experience in the venture capital ecosystem is required
Required Skills: Market Research

3+ years of experience in the venture capital ecosystem (VC firm, fund administrator, or company selling into VC).
Understanding of venture capital firm operations, buyer roles, and priorities.
AI fluency, including experience using LLMs, agents, and AI automation tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to translate nuanced market insights into clear, compelling GTM artifacts.
Experience in B2B product marketing or GTM strategy is advantageous.
Strong bias toward supporting Sales and influencing deal outcomes.

Develop strategy, positioning, and messaging for the venture capital segment targeting various stakeholders including Managing Partners, CFOs, and technical evaluators.
Build VC persona and industry playbooks detailing buyer roles, priorities, objections, and content needs at every stage of the sales journey.
Co-create sales collateral such as executive briefs, ROI narratives, competitive battlecards, and stakeholder-specific decks.
Conduct deep voice-of-customer research through interviews, win/loss analysis, and feedback to refine VC persona understanding.
Own competitive intelligence for the VC segment and provide actionable insights to Sales, Growth Marketing, and Product teams.
Utilize AI agents and tooling to research accounts and synthesize inputs to accelerate content production.
Partner with Demand Gen, Product, and Customer Marketing to drive message-market fit and surface real-world customer stories.
