Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a Medicaid managed care organization, state agency, or consulting role.
- Deep subject matter expertise in Medicaid managed care, including procurement, policy, and delivery system reform.
- Proven experience with Medicaid managed care RFP readiness, response, and proposal development.
- Knowledge of various Medicaid populations, including LTSS, TANF, expansion adults, and individuals with disabilities.
- Strong consulting aptitude with experience leading dynamic project portfolios.
- Business development track record, including client retention and expanding workstreams.
- Demonstrated ability to support operational priorities like provider networks, clinical models, and quality improvement.
- Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Medicaid Managed Care portfolio through business development, proposal scoping, and negotiation.
- Oversee teams of experts and analysts while ensuring project execution and client service excellence.
- Provide expert advisory support for RFP readiness, operational improvement, and state policy analysis.
- Develop thought leadership and represent the firm at conferences, panels, and expert workgroups.
- Translate complex client challenges into actionable Medicaid strategy and operational solutions.
