- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into integrated creator marketing strategies.
- Experience leading strategic planning across complex, multi-workstream client businesses.
- Strong fluency in performance marketing, creator measurement, paid media, and marketing analytics.
- Exceptional client servicing skills and ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence senior client stakeholders through strategic thinking and data.
- Experience coaching and elevating strategic talent through mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Lead the approach to proposal development and RFP responses, including cross-functional project management.
- Develop integrated creator marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Supervise junior Client Partnership staff and cross-functional contributors on day-to-day accounts.
- Partner with the Analytics team to establish measurement frameworks and translate campaign results into business insights.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders by identifying trends and growth opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client businesses, competitive landscapes, and the creator ecosystem.
