Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent international education.
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, project delivery, supply chain transformation, automation leadership, or related fields.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, complex, multi-site programs with significant business impact.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional relationship management and customer-facing leadership skills.
  • Advanced business acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, margins, risks, and financial performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience leading matrixed teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Expertise with project management methodologies, tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly to customer and operational sites.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary executive point of contact and trusted advisor for a strategic, high-value customer account.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, expectations, and business outcomes.
  • Represent customer needs internally while maintaining accountability, execution discipline, and delivery standards.
  • Lead executive-level communications, including program reviews, performance updates, issue resolution, and strategic discussions.
  • Own end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent programs across geographically distributed locations.
  • Manage program scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and contractual commitments across all workstreams.
  • Coordinate efforts across project managers, site leaders, engineers, consultants, and operational teams to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Provide leadership within a matrixed organization by setting priorities, driving accountability, and enabling collaboration.
  • Mentor and develop project and delivery leaders while promoting a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive risk mitigation, operational improvements, cost optimization, and value creation throughout program execution.
