Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably in contract food service, event management, catering, or venue operations.
- Deep understanding of the logistics behind large-scale catering, stadium operations, and corporate dining.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, from venue GMs to VP-level executives.
- Proven experience managing multi-unit, enterprise-scale hospitality accounts or multi-city event portfolios.
- Solid experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Track record of delivering client-focused solutions, maintaining high customer retention, and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Ability to manage complex accounts and fast-moving event timelines with high attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters for enterprise hospitality and event clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with regional event directors, general managers, and VP-level operations leaders.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s operational environment to proactively meet their workforce needs.
- Maintain and grow client accounts, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities across venue networks and regional properties.
- Ensure timely and successful fulfillment of shifts in line with strict client SLAs and service quality expectations.
- Forecast and track key account metrics including fill rates, worker performance, and revenue retention.
- Prepare regular account health reports and quarterly business reviews for client leadership teams.
- Partner with Sales and Operations teams to expand presence and ensure fulfillment during peak periods.
