- High level of organization to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

- Ability to balance speed of delivery with hiring quality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growth, fast-moving business environment.
- Native level of English proficiency.
- Experience in remote work settings with a proactive communication style.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring needs.
- Write engaging, human-centric job advertisements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and relevant communities.
- Screen candidates with a warm, thoughtful approach.
- Manage end-to-end interview processes to ensure they are organized, fair, and fast.
- Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring cycle.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future growth.
- Optimize hiring processes for efficiency as the company scales.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
