Job Details

5-8+ years of B2B product marketing experience in payments, fintech, devices/hardware-enabled commerce, or vertical SaaS.
Direct experience marketing payment gateways, devices, or unattended/vertical solutions such as kiosks, vending, or parking.
Proven ability to translate technical or device capabilities into outcome-based messaging for non-technical buyers.
Experience leading cross-functional product and device launches.
Experience supporting both direct sales and channel/reseller (ISO) go-to-market motions.
Proficiency with AI tools for research, content development, and competitive analysis.
Strong storytelling, messaging, and public speaking skills.
Technical fluency across gateways, devices, APIs, and certification processes.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.

Lead positioning and messaging for NMI's Gateway product line across medical, unattended retail, parking, and other emerging verticals.
Define solution-forward value propositions that articulate business outcomes rather than just technical specifications.
Lead end-to-end go-to-market execution for new gateway features, devices, and vertical-specific enhancements.
Develop high-impact sales enablement tools including pitch decks, battlecards, ROI narratives, and case studies.
Serve as an in-house expert on buyer personas and monitor market trends and competitors to refine differentiation strategy.
Present solutions to internal teams, prospects, and stakeholders at trade shows, conferences, and analyst briefings.
Influence product, packaging, and pricing strategies by partnering with product management and engineering teams.
