Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of clinical IONM experience.
- CNIM certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Expert-level knowledge in IONM clinical workflows.
- Expert-level knowledge in at least one IONM product line (Cadwell or competitor).
- Expertise in educational program design, clinical configuration, and root-cause troubleshooting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with formal presentation experience.
- Computer proficiency and working knowledge of Windows in a networked environment.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Must reside near a major metropolitan area with an international airport.
- Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Cadwell's clinical expert for the Cascade IONM product portfolio.
- Design and deliver comprehensive educational programs, including webinars, workshops, and certifications.
- Lead clinical configuration and training elements for customer go-lives and re-training plans.
- Contribute to software enhancements and product design by translating customer feedback into actionable insights.
- Support the Sales Team with product presentations, demonstrations, and on-site clinical expertise during evaluations.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for assigned customers.
- Monitor and report on educational team KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
