- Knowledge of underwriting discipline and compliance requirements for the full underwriting cycle
- Experience with new and renewal business underwriting processes
- Experience with data reporting and automated underwriting technologies
- Ability to research growth opportunities and new insurance offerings
- Collaboration skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead automated and data driven underwriting projects
- Manage insurance products across carrier partners
- Research growth opportunities and new insurance offerings
- Support E&S product development initiatives
- Coordinate product implementation activities
- Coordinate and collaborate on operational improvements within Insurance and other organizations
- Develop expertise across both insurance product and underwriting disciplines
