Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical management, IT architecture, customer relationship management, or delivery management.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS or Azure).
- Technical knowledge managing modern cloud data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow, Redshift, Databricks).
- Background in IT operations, infrastructure, or production support for multiple customers.
- Experience leading technical operations teams, including backlog creation and prioritization.
- Strong ownership of incident and escalation processes through root cause analysis.
- Daily use of AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude) with ability to verify outputs.
- Proven experience delivering services in a professional or managed services environment.
- Ability to interact confidently with Director and VP level stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed, cross-functional teams across regions and time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the delivery and operational excellence of modern data platforms for multiple customer accounts.
- Translate business and technical requirements into actionable Epics, Stories, and Tasks.
- Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for design, implementation, and ongoing operational support.
- Lead major incident response, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and remediation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in the US and India to manage client engagements.
- Build relationships with sponsors and stakeholders to expand service value.
- Mentor and coach architects, engineers, and operations team members.
