Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, including at least 5 years managing complex data, analytics, or AI programs.
- Professional services or consulting background with experience managing SOWs, utilization, margins, and client relationships.
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake and/or Databricks in production environments.
- Strong understanding of modern data architecture concepts (lakehouse, warehouse, governance, cost management).
- Familiarity with data ecosystem technologies such as dbt, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, Fivetran, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore engineering and consulting teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to travel occasionally to client locations as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex multi-workstream Data & AI programs from initiation through delivery and ongoing operations.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Lead distributed teams of engineers, architects, analysts, and consultants.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client executives and business stakeholders.
- Partner with technical architects to oversee solution quality across cloud environments and AI/ML solutions.
- Establish delivery standards, governance structures, and best practices across documentation and engineering processes.
- Support account growth through solution shaping, proposals, estimates, and staffing plans.
