Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a dynamic environment in HR or operations roles.
- Extensive experience in talent management and forming HR strategies.
- Proven experience building and managing effective performance evaluation systems.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate HR initiatives through data and reports.
- Experience in Employer Branding and organizational design.
- Understanding of company financial reporting and performance metrics.
- Advanced+ level of English proficiency.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in visualizing processes and organizational structures.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement people strategies that align with business growth goals.
- Develop and manage effective systems for goal setting (OKR/KPI) and performance evaluation.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development programs.
- Oversee Talent Acquisition, HR operations, and Employer Branding initiatives.
- Manage strategic changes, internal communications, and crisis communications.
- Provide strategic decision-making support to the CEO and leadership team.
