Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR, People Operations, or Talent experience.
- At least 4 years as a People Partner or HR Business Partner in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
- Demonstrated experience directly supporting, advising, and coaching VP-level and more senior executives.
- Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering organizations.
- Broad expertise in performance management, organizational design, change management, talent development, and employee relations.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguity and evaluate complex tradeoffs.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to translate functional goals into clear strategies and outcomes.
- Strong business acumen and ability to interpret data to identify patterns.
- Experience leading client groups through complex organizational change.
- Experience leveraging HR systems, tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Proven track record of influencing and improving People practices that scaled across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor and coach to senior leaders and managers to influence complex organizational decisions.
- Lead the talent agenda to strengthen leadership capability, shape organizational design, and close critical skill gaps.
- Partner across the People Team to shape and deliver company-wide practices like performance management and development planning.
- Leverage data and AI-enabled solutions to identify trends and improve employee and manager experiences.
- Lead leaders and teams through organizational change by diagnosing risks and shaping communication strategies.
- Own engagement approaches, including survey planning and translating feedback into action.
- Provide strategic counsel and hands-on partnership across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Manage complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and risk assessment.
- Drive operational excellence by simplifying, automating, and improving internal workflows.
