Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience supporting executive leadership teams as a strategic People Business Partner.
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
- Strong experience developing and executing people strategies in complex, fast-growing environments.
- Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how people strategies drive organizational outcomes.
- Experience using People analytics and HR technologies, including Workday, to inform decisions.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting global teams and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives is a plus.
- HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, Prosci, or similar credentials are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leaders to design and execute people strategies aligned with business goals and organizational growth.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, transformation initiatives, and operating model improvements.
- Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, talent management, change leadership, and team development.
- Develop and implement talent strategies including succession planning, leadership development, and capability building.
- Use workforce analytics and people insights to guide strategic decisions and improve organizational performance.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters while balancing business priorities, employee experience, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and People Operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.
- Manage and support a team of People Business Partners and People professionals.
