Ability to create basic Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Experience connecting workflows to Zapier or similar automation tools.
Analytical skills capable of identifying trends and developing insights from datasets.
Experience supporting sales compensation and payout data analysis.
Effective communication skills for interactions with sales teams and leadership.
Proven problem-solving skills related to sales operations and technology.
Project management abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
Experience using AI tools to improve or automate operational workflows.
Exposure to integrating new products or business lines into existing operations is preferred.

Identify and bridge gaps in sales processes, integrations, and automations.
Implement AI solutions to improve operational effectiveness across the revenue organization.
Design and maintain reporting and dashboards to track efficiency and productivity metrics.
Collaborate with Sales Strategy and Data Analytics teams to maintain metric alignment.
Perform data analysis to support sales compensation payouts.
Partner with Salesforce developers on data hygiene and integration projects.
Develop documentation and a knowledge repository for first-tier sales support.
Train sales teams on effective tool utilization and standardized processes.
Support cross-functional initiatives involving Enablement, Sales, CSM, and Marketing.
