Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience managing print production and/or materials kit production.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service to strategic accounts.
- Intermediate financial acumen, including margin calculations and ROI analysis.
- Ability to think strategically while managing competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Product Relations Manager in developing optimal product configuration frameworks with manufacturing and distribution teams.
- Maintain processes between Supply Chain Operations and Product Development to ensure consistent implementation of design frameworks.
- Manage product hierarchies and attributes to support business reporting, master data, and data integrity.
- Partner with Product teams to evaluate operational costs, fulfillment timelines, and physical product configurations for new offerings.
- Oversee item data processing across departments and create product setup standards, including Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Collaborate with Implementation teams and strategic customers to resolve onboarding issues and manage defect/replacement requests for key accounts.
