Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, solutions engineering, or similar technical customer-facing roles.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to query, interpret, and validate large datasets.
- Conceptual understanding of AI-ready data layer solutioning (models, schemas, and pipelines for AI/automation).
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI-assisted workflows for data exploration.
- Understanding of data integration methods (APIs, flat files, direct system integrations).
- Familiarity with downstream platforms including CRM, marketing automation, and data warehouses.
- Excellent presentation skills with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building client and internal team relationships.
- Ability to establish structure and process to navigate technical uncertainty.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conduct technical discovery and determine optimal solution designs.
- Serve as the primary technical representative for mapping data flows from source to downstream systems.
- Architect AI-ready data layers to support AI agents, LLMs, and automated workflows.
- Analyze data sets to validate volumes and quality at multiple stages of engagement.
- Design and document data matching and entity resolution approaches.
- Leverage AI tools and LLMs to accelerate data exploration and solution development.
- Establish a consistent framework for technical discovery and solution architecture.
- Deliver technical presentations and workshops to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Flag scope or coverage gaps proactively throughout the sales and delivery cycle.
