Requirements

  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in business development, customer success, account management, or partnership-focused roles.
  • Title insurance sales experience in the requested region (IL, MI, MN, MO, ND, WI, or OH).
  • Proven success in B2B or enterprise sales, including client acquisition and expansion of long-term business.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with stakeholders.
  • Strategic, results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Experience with OpenPhone and title/escrow systems like Qualia.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective product- and solution-based presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive the growth and performance of Realtor and joint venture partnerships.
  • Develop and execute client-specific business plans with One Real Title leadership.
  • Generate new business through outreach, virtual engagement, and in-person networking events.
  • Qualify prospective opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships through consultative selling.
  • Track activities, pipeline, and results accurately within the CRM system.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of industry trends and title and escrow products to advise clients effectively.
