Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, nursing, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in clinical operations, feasibility, vendor management, or clinical trial start-up.
- Proven experience working with site networks, sponsors, and CROs.
- Strong understanding of clinical protocols, research processes, start-up workflows, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Proficiency with feasibility, CTMS, clinical portals, and project tracking tools.
- Experience in Clinical Project Management is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to Feasibility Managers and Vendor Acquisition Managers.
- Analyze and synthesize data from trial sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to inform feasibility and vendor strategy.
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility assessments using internal databases and dashboards to guide site selection.
- Lead the sourcing, qualification, onboarding, and contract negotiation process for clinical vendors.
- Manage key vendor performance through metrics, issue resolution, and regular governance reporting.
- Partner with Business Development, SSU, Finance, and Legal to align operational strategies with organizational goals.
