Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce delivery experience, with at least 3 years in a Release Manager or Release Lead capacity; 3+ years of hands-on Copado experience.

5+ years of Salesforce delivery experience.
3+ years in a Release Manager or Release Lead capacity.
3+ years of hands-on Copado experience (pipeline configuration, promotion management).
Deep knowledge of Salesforce Metadata API, SFDX, and Git version control.
Proven experience facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
Proficiency with Jira for release tracking and project management.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
Based in Latin America with at least 5 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern or Central time.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Ability to travel during the first 6 months and occasionally thereafter (~5% annually).
Copado Admin certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).

Lead end-to-end release planning across Dev, UAT, Staging, and Production environments.
Own the full lifecycle of sandbox refreshes, including scheduling, communication, and post-refresh configuration.
Manage and prioritize release work, epics, and tasks within Jira.
Administer and optimize Copado CI/CD pipelines and deployment quality gates.
Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to represent release readiness and risk.
Lead, mentor, and set priorities for a small team of Release Support Specialists.
Collaborate with developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure safe and timely deployments.
