- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical decisions and guide development teams in building high-quality software solutions.
- Define and promote best practices for architecture, coding standards, scalability, and software quality.
- Provide technical mentorship and support to engineers, helping improve team capabilities and performance.
- Design and evolve frontend solutions using React with a focus on maintainability and performance.
- Contribute to architecture decisions involving cloud environments, integrations, and system scalability.
- Develop and maintain solutions based on Backend for Frontend (BFF) architecture patterns.
- Support the implementation and improvement of CI/CD pipelines to increase delivery efficiency and reliability.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure engineering practices align with business objectives and long-term technology goals.
