- Lead end-to-end release planning across Dev, UAT, Staging, and Production environments.
- Own the full lifecycle of sandbox refreshes, including scheduling, communication, and post-refresh configuration.
- Manage and prioritize release work, epics, and tasks within Jira.
- Administer and optimize Copado CI/CD pipelines and deployment quality gates.
- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to represent release readiness and risk.
- Lead, mentor, and set priorities for a small team of Release Support Specialists.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure safe and timely deployments.
