Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing Enterprise Service Management solutions.
- Strong consulting and customer-facing experience leading discovery workshops.
- Expertise in ITIL best practices (ITIL Foundation certification required).
- Experience implementing enterprise ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Atlassian Jira Service Management, or Freshservice.
- Strong technical background in CMDB, discovery, asset management, and service catalogs.
- Proficiency in workflow automation, REST API integrations, and AI-assisted service management.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and identity providers like Okta or Entra ID.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive leadership.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
- Preferred certifications include PMP, TOGAF, or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with executive and technical stakeholders to assess ESM/ITSM maturity.
- Develop strategic transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Design scalable Enterprise Service Management solutions using platforms such as ServiceNow, Atlassian Jira Service Management, Freshservice, Ivanti, and HaloITSM.
- Define implementation standards, architectural best practices, and provide delivery oversight.
- Conduct business process improvement by modernizing workflows for IT operations, HR, and facilities.
- Provide pre-sales support including technical discovery, platform demos, and developing statements of work (SOWs).
