Requirements
- Strong understanding of the balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow statements.
- Experience in accounting, financial control, or audit.
- Advanced Excel skills (large datasets, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, sumifs, and building analytical models).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online for recording and reconciling transactions.
- Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS accounting frameworks.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with evolving processes.
- Analytical skills to transform complex data into financial insights.
Responsibilities
- Process high-volume transactions across 50 currencies and maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform reconciliations and implement financial controls under guidance of the Financial Controller.
- Manage large datasets in Excel including pivot tables, reports, and trend analysis.
- Post transactions and maintain ledgers in QuickBooks Online to ensure timely financial closes.
- Translate raw data into clear financial reports such as balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow statements.
- Support day-to-day finance operations including payment tracking and ledger updates.
- Assist with variance analysis and internal stakeholder reporting.
- Participate in strengthening internal processes and identifying automation opportunities.
