Requirements
- Proven experience in phone sales or telemarketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to manage workload and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM or sales software.
- Experience with telephony or customer service software (Zendesk).
- Proficiency with collaboration tools like Google Suite and Slack.
- Willing to work fully remote.
- Available to work US time zone.
Responsibilities
- Make 50-60 outbound calls per day to prospective new patients.
- Guide new patients through the onboarding process, addressing concerns or objections as they come up.
- Effectively communicate complex billing and insurance information to families.
- Navigate rejections or difficult conversations with potential clients.
- Ensure patients complete necessary post-call tasks, such as reviewing consent forms or uploading diagnostic information.
- Build feedback loops to keep Product + Engineering teams aware of technical issues or bugs.
- Utilize CRM or sales software.
- Work independently to meet sales targets.
