Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, or product/business operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex signals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing functions.
- Willingness and ability to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination.
- Comfortable working with incomplete information and structured problem-solving.
- Demonstrated follow-through and ownership of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points.
- Monitor user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research to generate actionable insights.
- Drive bug triage and resolution in partnership with engineering teams.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance features.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize funnel performance.
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and product requirements.
